RULES 2005
(updated 23 may 2005)
-
The Season begins May 17 and lasts 9 weeks total.
-
The first 8 weeks consists of the regular season.
-
During the regular season, players are matched
up on a week-to-week basis. Matches will be arranged so everyone
plays against a new opponent each week. They will also be based
on last week’s win/loss status. (this will hopefully balance
the games some).
-
The final week is the Premiership. The Premiership
consists of the top four players (calculated by win/loss, ties
will go down to a die roll) who compete in a single elimination
2-tier structure (the first round consists of the first ranked
player versus the third ranked player).
-
The league can support any number of players.
-
$5.00 League Fee--goes towards supplies.
Special
League Rules
-
No ageing.
-
Max fanfactor of 5 starting.
-
If your team is painted but your opponent's
is not, you get a free cheerleader for the game.
You Must have a Team Name.
-
You DO NOT need to provide models for coaches,
cheerleader or apothecaries.
-
MVP will be calculated as follows: For player
A: player A is given random token counters 1-4 he may place
these tokens with any of his models(limit 1 per model),player
B is given random token counters 5-8 he will place these on
any of player A’s models (limit 1 per model) (note this
allows for a model to have two tokens associated with it, one
from player A and one from player B), Player A then rolls a
D8 and this is the MVP. Do this for both players at the end
of a match to determine the MVP.
-
We will be using the 4.0 edition of the LRB
